Sinopsis

La promesa de aventura y oportunidad que ofrece la Ciudad de los Vientos deslumbra a Roxie Hart, una inocente y extrovertida cantante que sueÃ±a con cantar y bailar para salir de su vida gris. Su sueÃ±o es seguir los pasos de oro de Velma Kelly, cantante de vodevil.

Roxie consigue que su deseo se haga realidad cuando algunas actitudes equivocadas las hacen aterrizar a ambas, la estrella y la aspirante, en la prisiÃ³n, a causa de distintos cargos por asesinato.

Bajo el ladino cuidado de la guardiana Morton en la prisiÃ³n, Roxie se encuentra con el legendario abogado Billy Flynn, quien acuerda hacerse cargo del caso por una suma cuantiosa. La carrera de Roxie explota, para mortificaciÃ³n de su mentor. Pero la inteligente Miss Kelly nos reserva algunas sorpresas para el segundo acto.

18		Overture/All That Jazz - EXCELLENT I love this opening number for the movie. It's one of Catherine Zeta-Jones's solos and showcases her amazing musical talent. The accompanying music is just stupendous and really sounds 1920s-ish (full of swing and jazz).
19		Funny Honey - EXCELLENT This is one of Renee Zellweger's solos and she sounds marvelous! She has this Marilyn Monroe/Billy Holiday voice that's emphasized in this song. I like the way the scenes in the movie a direct role in Zellweger's performance in this song.
20		When You're Good To Mama - EXCELLENT This is one of two songs that Queen Latifah is featured on. This happens to be her solo, and to many people's surprise, she can actually sing in addition to rap. She sounds very powerful and convincing in the song (much like her character in the movie).
